  3. Submit Your Application: Once you submit your application, our team will review your information and notify you of your application status.

Important Note: This application is intended for one or two tattoo artists. If additional artists from your shop would like to attend, please complete a separate application for every two artists. We will group applications using the shop name provided. Thank you for your cooperation!
